Load Konnect as a ‘client’ which currently owes $43,000 in AR due Load Karma. Anthony will run a report of all monies from Load Konnect, and the current report shows zero profits paid on all transactions. Abacus Transport. I am still unclear on whether you did not know that Abacus was acting as a transport company for Load Karma, or the amount of any profit or loss experienced by Load Karma. It’s my understanding that this was a fair arrangement, on its face, the objection is that the other shareholders were operating the side business without disclosing their ownership to you. Also, I believe that Abacus is on the Load Karma AR list as owing LoadKarma $6,650. Explain, and have Anthony run reports for AP and AR for Abacus Transport Bribes to MSI and others. I still do not understand the flow of funds underlying the MSI claim—which entity paid the bribes, how was money transferred, etc., and if it was something other than payment of commissions.
