We have compared those three documents with the documents sent under cover of your email of 12 August 2026. They are the same files: same filenames, same page counts, same content page for page. Nothing further has been provided. None of the eleven items requested in our email of 12 August 2026 has been answered. They are not withdrawn, and the date given for response, 26 August 2026, stands. Your email of 13 August 2026 also carries a further collection notice, which item 2 addresses. For the avoidance of doubt, the eleven items are set out again below, unchanged. 1. Original creditor. For each invoice comprising the claim, identify the legal entity that is the creditor of that invoice, with its full registered name and registered address. 2. Suspension of collection. Confirm in writing that collection activity on this account is suspended pending completion of validation, as your letter of 6 August undertook. 3. Payment and credit history. A complete history from inception of the account: every payment received, with date, amount, and the invoice to which it was applied; and every credit, credit memo, RMA credit, allowance or adjustment issued or owed to Kanex Pro, with date and amount. 4. Shipment and delivery. For each invoice, the date of shipment, the date of delivery, and the proof of delivery relied upon. 5. Due dates and balance date. For each invoice, the date on which it fell due; and the basis on which US$152,800.00 is stated to have been owing as at 7 November 2025. 6. Interest. The Collection Trust Deeds state "plus the interest accrued." Your letter of 6 August states interest of $0.00. Confirm which is asserted, and the contractual basis for it. 7. Insurer indemnity. Confirm whether China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation has indemnified its policyholder in respect of this account, in whole or in part, and if so on what date and in what amount. This was requested on 11 August and again on 12 August, and has not been answered. 8. Authority. The Claim Form identifies the Trustee as "CREDITORS ADJUSTMENT BUREAU - LC FINANCIAL." Confirm the relationship between that entity and Creditors Adjustment Bureau, Inc. Confirm also the scope of your authority in this matter, and produce the written approval and specific authorization of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation required under Notice 1 of the Claim Form before any settlement may be accepted. 9. Assignee contact. Provide the name, postal address and email address of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, Shenzhen Branch, for direct correspondence. 10. Completeness. Confirm that the statement of account provided is complete, and that no invoice, payment or credit relating to this account has been omitted from it. 11. Reporting. Confirm that this account is and will be reported to any credit reporting agency, commercial credit bureau or trade reference as disputed.
