Customer Advisory - Vancouver, BC (Canada) FSC Notification for the Month of June 2026 LOCAL DRAYAGE - Vancouver, BC The BC Container Trucking Act administered by the Container Trucking Commissioners office requires a 2% fuel surcharge to be applied for each full $ 0.05 incremental increase in the cost of fuel greater than $1.05 per liter. The FSC for the current month will be calculated based upon the previous month average price per liter and will be posted monthly on the Commissioner's website. https://obcctc.ca/rates/fuel-surcharge/ In order to provide some guidance to our customers in advance of June and the Commissioner's FSC announcement, we have calculated that in the month of April the average cost of diesel fuel in the Greater Vancouver Area was CAD $ 2.57 per liter. Accordingly, commencing June 1st,2026 a 54 % temporary fuel surcharge assessment will be applied for all LOCAL drayage services performed within the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.
