The delinquency must be remedied to Lender's satisfaction in order to avoid prompt collections and enforcement action. In order to bring the Loan current, payment in the amount of $8,476.51 (past-due payments: $7,705.91; late fees: $770.60) must be made immediately. You are hereby notified that as a result of the delinquency set forth above, (a) late charge(s) have now accrued and shall continue to accrue as provided under the Loan Documents, and (b) Obligor is obligated to pay all collection and enforcement related fees and other costs incurred by Lender in connection with the delinquency.
