I may aware they had this trucking company from conversations they had with me on some insurance claims. From the records I found it looks like Load Karma does make money from them of about 13.5k for 2025. I am not aware they are booking loads from AT to us as customer. <image001.png> On the “abacus-customer.pdf” you can see they are still booking loads from Abacus on Sept/Oct to us when I ask them to stop in July. This means they are acting as a broker as well and push loads for us to handle as double broker exactly as Load Konnect is doing. In this industry a trucking company like Abacus can do brokerage as well and haul loads. On the “abacus-vendor.pdf” it shows loads we give them as vendor few years back but not sure why we did not paid therm back.
