Good evening, Scouts and parents, Pack 850 has invited our troop to help out at their Bike Rodeo on Thursday, September 17. This is a great opportunity for our Scouts to support our Pack, have some fun, and help strengthen the connection between our Pack and Troop. We’d like to have as many Scouts attend as possible! Scouts will help cook and sell hot dogs and other snacks, assist the dens with their games and activities, and generally help wherever needed. Event Details Date: Thursday, September 17 Set-up: 5:30 PM Event starts: 6:00 PM Location: Cerro Villa outdoor quad area The Bike Rodeo starts early so the Cubs can ride while there is still plenty of daylight. Uniform: Class A uniform, no merit badge sash Important: This meeting will not be in the usual auditorium. It will be in the outdoor quad area of Cerro Villa. Scouts should plan to enter from Serrano, the same way we have entered when meeting at the CV Library. Please plan to join us and help make this a great event for Pack 850. It’s a fantastic chance for our Scouts to serve, have fun, and represent our troop!
